About FitFlow

FitFlow is a comprehensive, full-body fitness program for those who crave a challenging and time-efficient workout! This six-part bundle blends the best of four different fitness styles: strong Vinyasa yoga, high-intensity interval training, core strengthening and restorative work.

Included are over 20 hours of workouts and a 90-day practice calendar so you can get maximum benefit of all the material.

The FitFlow plan contains 28 unique workouts that blend HIIT and traditional yoga movements to challenge your cardio endurance, balance and strength. CoreFit is an extension of FitFlow and is designed to make you sweat and develop midline strength by playing with traditional cross-training methods! Ladder Flows and Vinyasa FitFlow take the best from traditional Vinyasa flows and stacks progressive movements to create a strong and sweaty practice! To round out this series, RestoreFit will tend to sore muscles in your hips, legs, shoulders, chest and back so you can recover faster.

MacKenzie is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Her teaching combines thorough understanding of alignment and anatomy with the joy of balance and movement. She engages deeply with her students and her classes are thoughtfully sequenced, creating a safe space to have fun and explore, work hard yet find softness.

No aspect of the modern practice experience is left untouched. All will leave energized, grinning and humming at the end.

With over 10 years of experience building teacher trainings, online content, festivals, and retreats, Briohny Smyth enjoys serving the global wellness community. Her dedication to yoga as a practice shines through in her signature classes, which blend an invigorating flow with eye-opening alignment instruction. From foundational basics on the architecture of asanas and blending strength and flexibility to advanced clinics on strong inversions, Briohny loves helping practitioners discover the range of their abilities. FitFlow Strong is unlike any yoga class you have experienced. It’s not just the strong and beautiful sequencing that makes these flows different – each is carefully programmed to keep a faster pace and inject cardio-based movements into the class. Furthermore, you’ll join a fun and energetic class environment where you'll be motivated and inspired to give it all you've got!

Each class varies in focus and length. The longer, 45-minute flow classes move through energizing postures to build heat and activate your hips, legs and upper body. The two 30-minute classes will help you develop strength and practice skills needed for inversions and arm balances. And finally, the 20-minute classes will get your heart pumping with a fun fusion of yoga and high-intensity work!

FitFlow is a total-body program designed to dramatically improve your fitness by injecting elements of yoga into a fun, cardio-based fitness routine. It will challenge your body in new ways as you reap the benefits of high intensity interval training including increased metabolism, muscular endurance, and a healthy and happy heart.

It contains 28 unique workouts and incorporates multiple types of workout routines to maximize your training results this month. FitFlow days blend high-intensity intervals with more traditional yoga movements such as Sun Salutations, Warrior II, and Crow; on CoreFit days you will play with both static and dynamic core exercises that will ignite your midline; and on Yoga days, you'll counter the more intense workout days with yoga-inspired exercises that will challenge your balance, work your upper and lower body, and also allow you the opportunity to apply your yoga skills in a new way! Each week will end with a healing Restorative Stretch class where you will lengthen, repair, and release any tension in the muscles you’ve activated in previous lessons.

If you are just beginning a yoga practice, this is a great way to build strength, endurance, balance, and breath. If you are already an established yogi, these exercises will bring a new, full-body challenge that will directly impact and improve your poses, postures, inversions, and flows!

High-intensity workouts completely transformed my fitness. When I began cross training and incorporating HIIT into my routine, I noticed that it amplified my leg, core and arm strength and seriously boosted my endurance and stamina.

Each day in this month-long series consists of either a 15-minute high intensity interval workout, a 30-minute yoga class, or a 60-minute cross training session that combines both! All will target and work your core because I believe it's the root of all movement; if you can engage from there, everything becomes easier.

I designed CoreFit to make you sweat, to develop midline strength, mix up the traditional cross-training method and raise your heart rate! You’ll get serious core work, challenging HIIT workouts, and strength building yoga postures!

The purpose of this series is of course to build core strength, but it’s also to establish a strong foundation of mental well being. I’ve found that you learn the most about yourself when you are pushed out of your comfort zone, and the more time you put into your practice and cross train, the more you will surprise yourself both on and off of the mat.

Ladder Flows take the best from traditional Vinyasa flows and stacked movements to create a strong, sweaty and fun practice! I’m so happy to bring you this plan because I love doing them in my own practice – they allow me to get in a lot of rhythmic, flowing work in a short period of time.

Each class begins by stacking a few postures one after another, to create a Ladder Flow. After repeating those postures a few times, we add more and build complexity into our sequence. We will continue this method for 30 minutes, at the end of which you’ll have practiced a wide variety of poses, memorized a full flow and gotten a great workout!

These sequences link breath and movement, helping you clear your mind, build internal heat and challenge your entire body!

Taking care of your body after a workout is just as important as the workout itself! Your muscles need time to repair, so how you recover between physical activities is essential to reaping the full benefits of your efforts, whether you’re into weightlifting, HIIT or yoga!

This plan will improve your strength, mobility and flexibility with effective restorative stretches. We'll work your hips, hamstrings, torso and upper body to help you reach your full athletic potential. The five videos vary in lengths and can be easily incorporated into your rest days, or to cool down after a particularly vigorous workout.
